SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped through USPS. This includes in-hand and preorder orders.
  • Estimated transit time is calculated at checkout. Preorders can take up to 2-3 months to be shipped out.
  • Shipping insurance is available for all products.
  • If you order a preorder with an in-hand order, please expect the in-hand to ship with the preorder pin when available. Otherwise, place separate orders.
  • I try to combine shipping if I notice there are multiple orders placed by the same person. Feel free to contact to remind me.

PIN GRADING

  • A GradeNo flaws to minor flaws. Usually not noticeable at first glance unless you are really looking for a flaw.
    • Screenprinting over metal or slightly misaligned screenprinting are not considered a flaw unless the printing is way off the mark.
    • Air bubbles in some effects aren't considered major flaws unless there are several/they are huge
  • B Grade: Minor flaws. More noticeable but will not take away from the beauty of the pin.
    • Underfilled enamel
    • Minor cracked/uneven/bubbled screenprinting
    • Miscolored enamel (as long as it is a small area and is similar to the original)
  • C GradeVery noticeable flaws.
    • The only pins I consider C grades usually have flaws on a main feature or face of a pin. *Only puts C grades up for sale when I'm having a huge sale*
  • Single Grade: Mixed A/B Grade Pins
    • This grade is mainly for mini/filler pins. I automatically remove C grade pins and keep the inventory mixed between A or B.
    • Flaws can be or not limited to:
      • Small signs of overpolishing, small scratches (only seen within direct light), scruffs on metal, underfilled enamel (only seen within direct light), air bubbles/specks on sides of metal

I'm very lenient when it comes to my grading. Most pins sit on boards on our walls and we are unable to notice or remember the flaws most of the time. Plus, all pins are made by hand by multiple people. I personally feel like it is unfair to be so strict on grading.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All purchases are final. No returns are accepted.

I am not responsible for pins that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your pin is lost, please submit a claim with your post office before emailing me.
Please provide your claim number and date reached out in the email.
If your pin is damaged, please provide photos.
Note: Damage must be major to the pin, such as pieces broken off. I will not replace a pin with minor scratches.

Will offer replacements or exchanges if there are pins in stock. Replacements are only offered for missing or damaged pins.

Exchanges are offered, but must provide photos/reasoning. I am very transparent about being a lenient grader and I often state what the issues are with certain pins. If it is a genuine concern, I will exchange it. However, I am not responsible if you are unhappy with a B/C grade pin because it doesn't fit your personal grading criteria.

I do offer insurance as an option to add onto your order. Please consider it if you are concerned about receiving your package safely.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

  • Will this pin be restocked?
    • My rule of thumb when it comes to what's limited and what's open is the size/detail of the pin. Normally, any pin 2" and over are going to be LE. Some may be restocked for some reasons (like if the pin originally had less fandom interest and I gained more followers with that fandom interest), but otherwise I try to keep it to 1 or 0 restocks.
    • Mini heads should be restocked every so often. However, I begin to stop restocking once sales begin to dwindle for specific characters.
  • If I can DM you about my email, why can't I just DM you?
    • Instagram DMs are very unreliable as they literally just disappear sometimes. I also receive DMs from customers who just want to chat about anime or pins, or DMs regarding story posts, so I would not want them to get buried within all the casual conversations.
    • Emailing ensures there is a record of our conversation and is easy to refer back to. Emails also cannot be deleted (referring to how you can unsend messages through Instagram)
    • Who does your art? Commissions?
      • All art is created by me. I do reference official art or specific anime/manga scenes often, but I ensure that nothing is traced. I personally like merch that look more like the official characters, so I try to adapt their art style and meld it with my own.
      • I am currently not taking commissions.
